Screen resolution & DPI Setup – XP & Vista/7

The wrong settings will result in cropping of ChiroPulse365 from view, so that buttons on the bottom will not be visible (ie. Finish/later or Next/Back buttons on Patient Wizard).

Display Requirements:

  • 1024×768 screen display resolution or higher
  • 96dpi or finer

7/Vista Users
Vista walk-thru on setting 1024×768 resolution or higher
Vista walk-thru on setting 96dpi or finer (lower dpi is finer)

Windows 7/Vista: Set the screen resolution & DPI…

  • Right click over your desktop and select PERSONALIZEfrom the pop-up menu
  • Press Adjust font size (DPI)on the left
  • Select “Default scale (96DIP) – fit more information) and press OK
  • Now click the DISPLAY SETTINGS link on the bottom.
  • Set Screen Resolution slider to 1024×768 or more
  • Press OK to save changes
  • Reboot if needed/prompted to see changes then open ChiroPulse365

XP Users
XP walk-thru on setting 1024×768 resolution or higher
XP walk-thru on setting 96dpi or finer (lower dpi is finer)

Windows XP: Set the screen resolution & dpi…

  • Right click over your desktop and select PROPERTIES from the pop-up menu
  • then click SETTINGS tab
    ALTERNATELY go into Control Panel and select Display Properties
  • Set Screen Resolution slider to 1024×768 or more (See photo below on LEFT)
  • Press the Advanced Button & select Normal 96 DPI. (See photo below on RIGHT)
  • Press OK to save changes
  • Reboot the computer to see changes then open ChiroPulse365
